HOTEL INFORMATION AND POLICIES We strongly urge you to make your housing reservation immediately after you register for the program. The hotel has limited space; thus, you will need the group code.

Rooms are available at the conference rate from December 9, 2012 through December 13, 2012. Although the deadline for room reservation is November 8, 2012, the block of rooms PCICS has reserved is expected to sell out much earlier. We encourage you to make your hotel reservation early.

The room rate is $239.00 for a single/double room. Quoted room rates are subject to all applicable city, county, state, or federal taxes that apply at time of room occupancy. Currently the tax rate is 13%, per room per night.

In order to confirm a room assignment, the hotel will require a deposit in the amount of the first night's charges (refundable up to 3 days in advance of the convention date). Checks and major credit cards are acceptable to establish prepayment. All credit cards used to prepay will be charged immediately.

In the event a guest who has requested a room within the PCICS block checks out prior to the guest's reserved check-out date, the hotel will add an early check-out fee of $50 to that guest's individual account. Guests wishing to avoid an early check-out fee should advise the Loews Miami Beach Hotel upon or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.

Check-in time is 4:00PM; check-out time is 11:00AM. All guests arriving before 3:00PM will be accommodated as rooms become available. For those arriving early, the guest service department can arrange to check baggage until rooms become available.

All rooms will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

No-shows: If you do not arrive at the hotel on the date indicated, you will forfeit your deposit and the hotel will cancel your room reservation. The cancellation of a guaranteed reservation must be received seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival.
