September 23 Session:

The single ventricle session covers one of the most complex defects that we care for in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit.  This comprehensive education offering includes anatomy and physiology care delivery strategies through the three stages of palliation for hypoplastic left heart syndrome. There will be thorough review of cardiac catheterization concepts and interventions for each stage.  The session will conclude with an interactive virtual simulation. This will be great session for CICU nurses will all levels of experience.

October 15 Session:

This dynamic session will feature integral concepts of post-operative care delivery of pediatric CICU patients including hemodynamic monitoring, cardiopulmonary interactions, and arrythmia management.  There will be interactive portion where case studies will be facilitated and presented to the learners. This will be great session for CICU nurses will all levels of experience.
