  1. We continue to host bimonthly webinars on topics pertinent to our members, with the two most recent ones below:
    1. “Acknowledging the “Bright” and “Dark” Sides of Pediatric Critical Care” by Dr. Lara Nelson.
    2. “Transitioning From Fellows to Junior Faculty: What Matters Most During Your First Few Years After Fellowship” by Dr. Stephen Roth.
  2. We are excited to welcome more than 20 new members who recently joined our SIG.
  3. We surveyed our members to understand their expectations from the SIG and topics of interest for future webinars.
  4. We look forward to meeting all our members at the PCICS National Conference at San Diego where we will be hosting a workshop and have a SIG Meeting to discuss the launching of our mentorship program.
