DESCRIPTION:Pediatric cardiogenic shock is a high-morbidity and mortality problem ubiquitous in the pediatric cardiac ICUs\, especially as the burden of acute decompensated heart failure admissions continues to increase. The PCICS Cardiogenic Shock Think-tank launched in 2024 at the annual meeting\, to collaborate on improving recognition and outcomes for these patients and learning from the experts in pediatric and adult medicine.
