DESCRIPTION:Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Curriculum Course\n\nDates: September 10 – 12\, 2025\nLocation: Intermountain Health Primary Children’s Hospital\, Salt Lake City\, UT\nOverview \nThis three-day course provides a comprehensive review of the didactic content in the PCICS Advanced Practice Provider Curriculum book – a compilation of peer-reviewed\, evidence-based education modules containing detailed information and recommended reading on topics necessary for managing CICU patients.  Topics include congenital heart disease lesions\, low cardiac output\, heart failure\, transplant\, mechanical circulatory support\, pulmonary hypertension\, EKG/arrhythmias\, professional development\, and more. DESCRIPTION:Location: Children’s Hospital of Atlanta\nPrice:  $500 Members – $550 Non-Members\nOverview \nThis two-day course builds upon the CICU basics!  It consists of a combination of didactic content and interactive breakouts that incorporate application of knowledge and simulation. Advanced CICU topics will be presented including ventilation and cardiopulmonary interactions\, utilization of echo and cardiac cath data in the CICU\, temporary pacemaker troubleshooting\, management of residual lesions\, difficult conversations and team training\, and much more. The course will be taught by PCICS experts and both faculty and participants will be multidisciplinary (RNs\, APPs\, physicians).
