Finance Committee Update

The Finance Committee is thrilled to announce that we have established a three-year support agreement with Traphagen CPAs and Wealth Advisors. As PCICS’ exclusive wealth management and accounting firm supporter, Traphagen is a comprehensive financial services firm serving individuals and families throughout the United States.  Traphagen understands that our field is demanding, and that we are always at the forefront of a new complex case or research study. This level of commitment to others can result in personal finances taking a secondary position. Traphagen knows that optimizing the areas of taxation, estate planning, wealth management, and overall financial plan are essential. In addition, the Finance Committee has been working tirelessly to generate support and sponsorship for the upcoming annual meeting, and the financial support has already exceeded our expectations!  Industry support is vital to the success of this meeting, and we appreciate the commitment of our supporters to help us improve patient care.  We hope you will take the opportunity to meet our generous industry and institutional partners and view all the booths in the exhibit hall.

Finally, we are working toward activating the Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Foundation, with the intention to be active by January 2023.  After sending out a call for volunteers to serve on the Foundation Board of Trustees, the PCICS Board of Directors will be appointing Trustees to the Foundation Board in the upcoming months.
