The Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Society and the Neonatal Heart Society (NeoHeart) are co-locating their 2026 annual meetings in New Orleans this December. The programs will provide interactive educational forums for healthcare professionals like YOU from across the globe who care for critically ill pediatric patients with congenital and acquired heart disease. You don’t want to miss this unparalleled learning and networking experience!

Abstract Submission Guidelines

  • Abstracts are welcome from any academic area, including clinical science, basic science, population science, quality improvement, and education.
  • Submissions are encouraged from all groups including trainees and allied health professionals.
  • All abstracts will be reviewed by the PCICS Research Committee, PCICS Quality Improvement & Safety Committee, or NeoHeart.
  • Abstracts may be accepted for standard poster presentation; top abstracts may be accepted for podium presentation.
  • The authors presenting abstracts in New Orleans will be required to register for the 2026 PCICS Annual Meeting.

The abstract submission portal closes at 11:59pm EST on Friday, June 5th, 2026
