A multidisciplinary approach to patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) closure in preterm infants involves a comprehensive strategy that integrates multiple specialties to optimize diagnosis, treatment, and long-term follow-up of this common and potentially life-threatening condition. As the decision to intervene remains a topic of ongoing clinical debate, different management models will be presented to support individualized care based on each neonate’s hemodynamic status and overall fragility.
